Our goal is to service our customers, whatever their needs. We are generalists in the true sense, not structuring products that we sell to clients; rather filling their inquiries at the best price. Our customer base is broad, including money managers, hedge funds and banks.
Trading
As fixed-income specialists, Moors & Cabot trades all facets of the fixed market, including agencies, municipals, corporates, mortgage backs, high yield, preferreds and nondollar securities. We act as agents for transition managers, providing best execution with complete transparency. Due to this volume, our traders have an excellent call to the street.
Underwriting
Moors & Cabot has access to new issue agencies, corporates and preferreds. We also participate in most selling groups for both negotiated and competitive New England tax-exempt new issues.
