He comes to Moors & Cabot after serving as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley and Signator Investors. Here, he provides unbiased advice to his clients with a team of professionals who share his passion for excellence.
Bruce believes that sifting through the universe of financial information, products, and strategies with a sharp eye to customizing a client-focused financial and investment strategy is the essence of sound advice. He believes in educating his clients by taking complex financial concepts and presenting them in a simple, straightforward way. He combines this philosophy with a hands-on, active approach to Investment Management which involves regular communication with his clients.
Bruce obtained both a Bachelor’s degree and a Masters of Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a designation from the American College as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). He also successfully completed studies at the Wharton School of Business and earned the coveted Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from the Investments & Wealth Institute (IWM) and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). He holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Bruce is an active member in the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the Investments & Wealth Institute (IWM), the Ivy League Club of Sarasota, and Masonic Lodge #147. He also serves on the Board of Directors of PENN Alumni Club of Sarasota/Manatee Counties, and he lectures regularly on a broad range of financial topics.
Bruce grew up in the Philadelphia area but has been a resident of Sarasota since 1997. He currently lives in Bradenton, FL. As an accomplished former professional jazz musician, he enjoys playing his saxophone in various venues whenever possible.
