Risk Mitigation & Protection

I grew up in Connecticut, where I earned my degree in Business Administration from Post University. With a decade of experience in banking and finance, I have developed the knowledge and expertise to provide comprehensive financial guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs.


As a licensed securities professional, I assist individuals in the state of Florida with their investment needs. In my role as Director of Business Development - Insurance at Moors & Cabot, I lead our insurance division on a national scale, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and protection.


At Moors & Cabot, we have access to over 20 A-rated carriers, as rated by AM Best, allowing us to match clients with the best coverage at the right time. Our approach goes beyond simply offering products; we build lasting relationships and provide holistic financial planning to help clients safeguard what matters most. Our goal is to ensure each client is well-prepared for the future with a comprehensive strategy that aligns with their financial goals.


Outside of work, I am passionate about fitness, kayaking, paddle boarding, and attending music festivals. I believe in living a balanced and fulfilling life, and I bring that same philosophy to helping my clients achieve financial security and peace of mind.

Chief Growth Officer

Jamie Frazier, as Chief Growth Officer at Moors & Cabot, spearheads the firm's advisor recruitment strategy, aiming to attract top-tier financial professionals who resonate with the company's values and growth objectives. His responsibilities include enhancing Moors & Cabot's industry presence, understanding the needs of the target advisor market, and articulating the benefits of the firm's platform.


With almost two decades of executive experience in financial services, Jamie also plays a key role in integrating new advisory teams acquired by the firm. His approach to growth is strategic, ensuring that all initiatives align with Moors & Cabot's core values and long-term vision.  His key areas of focus include process improvement, strategic marketing, defining and communication of advisor process, enhancing client experiences, and working with financial advisors to introduce new concepts and solution sets into their practices

Before moving into leadership, Jamie spent 13 years as a personal financial advisor, giving him a deep understanding of the profession and the support advisors need to serve their clients and expand their practices.


His prior experience includes roles at Bank of America Investment Services and TIAA-CREF. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Bridgewater State University and possesses Securities Licenses 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 as well as Massachusetts Life Insurance.
