Joe recently joined Moors & Cabot in the spring of 2019 and has over 34 years of experience as a financial advisor. Working for Legg Mason beginning in 1988, he advanced through the ranks and two acquisitions before joining Moors & Cabot. Since 2004, Joe has been providing customized wealth and portfolio management services to families, trusts, and endowments.


Joe has numerous long-term relationships with prominent estate and trust law firms, as well as many distinguished accounting firms. These relationships allow direct access to advanced financial planning techniques from some of the most experienced legal and accounting minds available. Additionally, these relationships provide his clients a ‘partnership’ in directing their long-term goals in the most efficient manner possible.

Joe is Managing Director of Investments and holds numerous securities licenses, as well as his Portfolio Manager designation along with his MBA (’82 from The Sawyer School of management at Suffolk University). He lives in Hanover and takes great joy in spending time with his dad restoring his 1759 home! Joe is extremely active in charitable and fraternal endeavors.
