Moors & Cabot is proud to have been invited to the New York Stock Exchange on April 14, 2015 to ring the closing bell as part of their 125th year anniversary celebration. The firm was represented on the NYSE podium by shareholders, executive management, and key financial advisors.
In 1890, thirteen years before the establishment of the New York Stock Exchange where it stands now, John F. Moors and Charles Cabot formed a small investment firm in Boston’s financial district. Its mission then: to handle the personal investments of the two founders and their friends. Through time, that mission has expanded. Moors & Cabot manages the assets of thousands of investors from our Boston headquarters and branch offices throughout the country.
