Digital Account Opening & Servicing
This page is intended to support Moors & Cabot clients using our digital (online) account opening process. You should have received an email from donotreply@moorscabot.com or donotreply@docupace.com that looks like this:
That email contained a link to this page. This page provides additional guidance on using our online account opening process, and will have Frequently asked questions, videos and other help resources added.
Your Moors & Cabot Inc. account information and document(s) are ready for your review and approval. Please click "Log in Now" to review and approve your account(s) and/or updates.
Important: At the prompt, type your user ID (email address entered in all lowercase letters) and your password. Click HERE for a client user guide PDF.

Click the link to launch the log-in screen. In the User Name field, enter the user ID (this is your email in all lowercase), then click Next.

Enter the password you created when you first logged into the Account Opening & Servicing System

On the refreshed Account Opening & Servicing screen, enter this code in the SMS Verification Code field, then click Next.

The screen refreshes, prompting you to create a password and enter it twice. Click Next.
For clients who do NOT yet have a password
Your Moors & Cabot Inc. account information and document(s) are ready for your review and approval.
Please note that at this time, you must provide a copy of your photo ID to your Moors & Cabot financial professional. To ensure efficient processing, please do the following:

Take a picture of both the front and back of your photo ID against a solid background.

Email it to your financial professional.
Click the "Log in Now" button and type your user ID (email address entered in all lowercase letters). A verification code will be sent to the mobile number you provided to us. Follow the prompts to enter the code and complete your password set up.

Click the link to launch the log-in screen. In the User Name field, enter the user ID (this is your email in all lowercase), then click Next.

For your first log-in, after you enter your email address you will receive an SMS (text) message containing a verification code sent to your mobile phone of record as part of our two-factor authentication process.

On the refreshed Account Opening & Servicing screen, enter this code in the SMS Verification Code field, then click Next.

The screen refreshes, prompting you to create a password and enter it twice. Click Next.
After you are logged in, you will answer a few questions and complete your acceptance by clicking "I Accept."
Your new account will be processed and your account documents will be available for your review on this site for 90 days.
